B. Individual 1:1 coaching
For an even more personal approach
With 1:1 coaching, you set the agenda - what is it you would like to be different in your life but don't know how to remove the obstacles in your way? What would you like more of, and what less of, and how are you going to make that really come true? Where is your life out of balance and how can you fill the gaps?

Coaching takes place either by telephone or face to face, depending on where you live. You have a wide choice of frequency and length of our sessions.

C. The Full Evolution Programme
Discover your true potential and purpose
A year long programme, based around 2 telephone sessions per month plus additional homework and reading. This programme gives you the opportunity to make major changes in your life, to totally review and revamp who you are and what you're here for. Not for the faint-hearted!
