Individual 1:1 coaching
For a very personal approach
With 1:1 coaching, you set the agenda - what is it you would like to be different in your life but don't know how to set about changing? What would you like to attract more of, and what less of, and how are you going to make your dreams turn into reality? Where is your life out of balance and how can you fill the gaps? Do you even know what you want out of life, or why you're here?

For the answers to these questions, and probably many more you haven't even considered yet, 1:1 coaching with our coach, Annie Meachem, will introduce you to new ways of approaching situations so that you can achieve the success you are looking for.

Coaching takes place either by telephone or face to face, depending on where you live.

Range of options
Choose what suits you best
We offer a wide choice of frequency and length of our sessions:-

A. The Accelerator Programme:
If you're ready to make a lot of changes in a short space of time!
This amount of focus and attention on you and your life will reap huge benefits. 4 x 1 hour coaching sessions per month plus unlimited telephone & email support costs £280.

B. The Fast-Track Programme:
If you want to fast forward your success
Work hard on making changes for 3 weeks, then take a week off to catch your breath. You'll still be impressed with your progress. 3 x 45 mins coaching session per month plus unlimited telephone & email support costs £240.

C. The Standard Programme:
To allow you the time to take effective action
Life is often busy, and to move forward, you've got to have enough time to start doing things differently. 2 x 45 mins coaching session per month plus email support costs £180.

D. The Monthly Retainer Package:
Where the coach is an important member of your support network
Suitable for clients who have already made a lot of changes and wish to maintain their momentum.1 x 1 hour coaching session per month plus unlimited telephone & email support costs £95 (mini-mum of 3 months booking required)

E. Flexible coaching:
Arrange your calls as and when you want them
Sometimes life's so unpredictable that commiting to a regular number of sessions isn't practical. Perhaps you just want to talk over a one-off issue, or gain clarity on a dilemma. A 1 hour session costs £125, 30 mins £70.

F. Reduced fee coaching:
Making coaching accessible
We don't want money to be a barrier to what you can achieve, so we reserve a number of sessions each week at reduced fees, negotiable between us.
